David graduated from UCLA with Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude Honors in 1972. He then went on to graduate from Johns Hopkins University in 1974 with a degree in International Law & Diplomacy and ultimately graduated from Loyola Law School in 1976.

He has dedicated himself, for more than 40 years to fighting for the underdog and helping people obtain just compensation for civil wrongs they have suffered.
